How will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged monthly or annually, depending on your plan, for your active subscriptions. The charge will show as SIDEKICK / FlowPress on your statement. (FlowPress is our corporate name)

Can I just host the walkthroughs myself?

Serving all Walkthroughs through a single platform keeps the SIDEKICK experience consistent for all users. There’s less concern about feature inconsistency, potential conflicts, or legacy support. You can read more about it in our blog post on the subject.

Can I use Walkthroughs on staging & localhost sites?

Yes. As long as you are connected to the internet. You are permitted one Localhost install per domain that you add to your account.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Simply disable billing inside your sidekick.pro Profile. Within the first 30 days you will receive a full refund. You will not be billed until you turn it back on. Published walkthroughs will be deactivated after the final day of your billing cycle. Your walkthroughs will be archived and recoverable if you reactivate your account.

Does SIDEKICK work with WordPress multisite networks?

Yes it does. You can create Walkthroughs for your MultiSite Network’s Dashboard. SIDEKICK for WordPress is Multisite compatible out of the box but you will have to activate each site manually for now (which we know can be a real pain). You can learn more about SIDEKICK for Multisite  here

Are the Basics Walkthroughs available in other languages?

No. For the time being WordPress Basics is available in English. If you’d like to create WordPress Walkthroughs in other languages for your customers, you can use our     Walkthrough plans. If you’re interested in creating Walkthroughs for mass use, please contact us.

What is a walkthrough?

An interactive, voice and visual guided tutorial. Walkthroughs occur right inside the dashboard or application and take a user step-by-step through completing a task, a brief explanation of a feature or a longer overview of a system or feature set.
